-You’ll be there till the end of me.
-Or vise versa.
You can’t just drop me off at my house and say goodbye like we shared a cab.
#I bet you he does do that. #When he regenerates. #He gets himself into the taxi service (maybe he was finding an alien or maybe he’s doing it just because he can) #And he picks up Amy. #And of course she doesn’t recognize him. #And he drives her to his house. #She says goodbye. #And he says bye too. And he’s *really* saying goodbye. The goodbye he was never able to say to her. #Because in this context the word isn’t as charged (it doesn’t appear so at least). #It’s not as emotional. It’s just dropping someone off at their house after sharing a cab together. #So it’s easier for him to say. (via wheresmythief)
I can’t save you from this. There’s nothing I can do to stop this. I stole your childhood and now I’ve lead you by the hand to your death. But the worst thing is, I knew. I knew this would happen. This is what always happens. Forget your faith in me. I took you with me because I was vain. Because I wanted to be adored. Look at you. Glorious Pond. The girl who waited for me. I’m not a hero. I really am just a mad man in a box. And it’s time we saw each other as we really are. Amy Williams, it’s time to stop waiting.
